DAY 1 - Wednesday 9th - July 2014 
Check in Manchester Airport Terminal 1 at 08.45
Depart Manchester at 11.15        
Arrive Calgary at 13.05

Calgary University – Kananaskis Hall for 1 night on a bed and breakfast basis.


DAY 2 – Thursday 10th – July 2014
Training in the morning at university on grassed area
Arrive at Calgary Stampede
Watch afternoon Rodeo session then amusement rides
Transfer to Calgary Rugby Park
Boys depart with Calgary hosts for the next two nights


DAY 3 – Friday 11st – July 2014
At Calgary Rugby Park

Games 1
1st XV vs. Jr Wolfpack U19 kick off at 12.00                                                          
2nd XV vs.Alberta U16 XV kick off at 14.00


DAY 4 – Saturday 12th – July 2014
Full day sightseeing to the Icefields including the Glacier Icefield Experience
Visit Lake Louise then transfer to Banff
Accommodation at the Y Mountain Lodge for one night on Bed and Full Hot breakfast basis


DAY 5 – Sunday 13rd – July 2014
Gondola excursion and visit to Thermal Baths
Travel through Rockies to Kamloops and to the UBC for 1 night on a
Bed and Continental breakfast basis


DAY 6 – Monday 14th – July 2014
Morning in Kamloops for local sightseeing                                          
Transfer to Williams Lake
Boys depart with hosts


DAY 7 – Tuesday 15th – July 2014
At leisure with hosts

Games 2
1st XV vs. Williams Lake Combined High Schools XV kick off at 17.00/17.30    
2ND XV vs. Williams Lake Rustlers Junior XV kick off at 19.00/19.30      

DAY 8 – Wednesday 16th – July 2014
At leisure with hosts – visit to local Saw Mill


DAY 9 – Thursday 17th – July 2014
Onward through the Rockies
Transfer to Vancouver and accommodation at the YWCA for 3 nights on a room only basis


DAY 10 – Friday 18th – July 2014
Transfer to UBC Rugby Pitch for games

Game 3
1st XV vs. Selection XV kick-off at 14.00
Aftermatch TBC

Optional Evening -walk/ferry to visit of Granville Island to buy dinner etc


DAY 11 – Saturday 19th – July 2014
Arrive at Grouse Mountain
Transfer by Skyride to the top of the mountain for Grizzly Bear Viewing, Scenic Chair Lift and the Lumberjack show
Onward to Capilano Suspension Bridge
Opportunity for Cliff Walk and Tree-top Adventure
Coach returns to Vancouver
Stanley Park tour via bikes


DAY 12 – Sunday 20th – July 2014
Transfer to Ferndale-USA and Chuckanut Bay RUFC

Games 4
2 XV vs. Chuckanut Bay Rufc kick-off at 13.00
1st XV vs. Chuckanut Bay Rufc kick-off at 14.30

Transfer to Seattle (USA)
Arrive at Interlake High School
Meet Eastside RUFC hosts for 3 nights  

DAY 13 – Monday 21st – July 2014
Full day at leisure with host families


DAY 14 – Tuesday 22nd July 2014
At leisure with hosts
Hosts transfer boys to Magnuson Park Rugby Field

Games 5 
2 XV/ U16 vs. East side RUFC kick-off at 15.30
1st XV vs. East side RUFC kick-off at 17.00                    


DAY 15 – Wednesday - 23th July 2014
Coach transfer to Seattle airport
Arrive Toronto
Transfer to Victoria University (University Of Toronto)
Check in at Margaret Addison Hall but accommodation is across the road in Burwash Halls (89 Charles St. W.) for the next 3 nights on a bed and breakfast basis


DAY 16 – Thursday - 24th July 2014
Walk to CN Tower
Then to the Sky Dome (Rogers Centre) for Baseball match
Onward to Fletchers Field

Games 6
2 XV/ U16 vs. U 16s Provincial Junior Blues – kick off at 18.30        
1st XV vs. U18 Provincial Junior Blues–– kick off at 19.00

Return to university

DAY 17 – Friday - 25th July 2014
Canada Wonderland Amusement Park
Dinner at Toronto Lawn Tennis Club


DAY 18 – Saturday - 26th July 2014
Visit Niagara Falls
Optional Maid of the Mist trip
Transfer to Toronto Pearson Airport


DAY 19 – Sunday - 27th July 2014
Arrive Manchester Terminal 1 at 06.30
